"I had a decent checkout experience..."
I had a decent checkout experience on franklinarmory.com. The pages loaded without any issues, and the steps were easy enough to follow (which I always appreciate). I did have to go back and double-check a couple of info fields before the order went through, but it wasn’t a big deal. The payment confirmation showed up quickly too. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the shipping details were a little more upfront before the final step, but overall it was smooth.

"Accuracy just wasn't there for me"
I bought this from Franklin Armory and expected it to shoot a lot better than it did. Before anyone says it was just me, I tried a few different types of ammo and even had a buddy shoot it too, and we both had the same issue. It just would not group well, and the shots were way more scattered than what I get from my other rifles. Maybe I ended up with a bad one, I don’t know, but for what I paid, I’m frustrated. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Updates were bad"
I didn’t really get many updates unless I asked for them, which got kind of frustrating after a while. I kept having to check in myself and... yeah, not the best experience.

"Wish I’d picked a different route for my FFL transfer"
I did an FFL transfer through Franklin Armory, i kind of regret going that route. Placing the order was easy enough, so I figured the rest would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected.

After the order went through, I felt like I had to keep chasing updates myself. Emails were slow, my dealer said they were still waiting on info, and then I’d hear something different from the other side. It just felt disorganized, and I kept wishing I had used another option from the start.
To be fair, the transfer did eventually get completed, so I’m giving it 2 stars for that. But for something that should have been simple, it took too much back and forth and left me frustrated...

"Backorder has been frustrating"
Ugh. I’m still waiting on my order and haven’t gotten any updates about the backorder. Frustrating. I just wish there was better communication.

"Return process turned into a mess"
I tried to return an item from Franklin Armory, it was way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and at one point I couldn’t even tell if I was supposed to wait for another email or ship it back already. I kept having to follow up just to figure out where things stood. Maybe it only took a few days, maybe longer, but it felt dragged out the whole time. It really seemed like they make returns harder than they need to be. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I reached out for help hoping the issue would finally get sorted, but it never really was. Looking back, I kind of regret putting so much time into it because it felt like I was just being brushed off instead of actually helped.

"Solid stock most of the time"
I checked out franklinarmory.com while looking for a few parts, most of what I needed was in stock, so that was a good start. One thing I wanted was out for a bit, but it showed back up later, so not a huge deal. The site is simple to get around, not fancy or anything, but it does the job. Roughly speaking, it was a good experience with a small hiccup. I’d give it 4 stars.

The weird part is, I went in just trying to figure out what’s actually legal in my state, and I still couldn’t really tell by the end. It felt a bit confusing and not as clear as I hoped...

"Fresh ideas, but not quite ahead of the pack"
I liked how many fresh ideas they’re trying here—it definitely feels more innovative than a lot of similar options out there. That said, the shipping updates weren’t as clear or consistent as I’ve come to expect, especially compared with other companies that keep you posted every step of the way. Overall, a good experience with a few rough edges.

I ordered from franklinarmory.com and everything literally showed up just like it was supposed to. The site felt legit, and the updates were fine, though they weren’t exactly super quick. Overall, I’d trust them again, but I do wish the communication had been a little better.

I was browsing franklinarmory.com and the whole thing just didn’t give me the confidence I expected. At first it seemed like they’d have everything laid out clearly, but once I started looking for safety details, it felt like the important stuff wasn’t as easy to find as it should be.
Maybe other people are fine with that, but to me it came off a little like a bait and switch — you get pulled in, then have to hunt for the kind of info that should be front and center. For something where safety matters this much, I didn’t feel comfortable placing an order, so I left without buying anything.

I kept trying to use the menu, but it felt like it was just sending me in circles. Maybe it’s set up in a way that makes sense to the company, but as a regular customer I couldn’t easily find what I was looking for.

"Product info was way too unclear"
I was trying to compare a couple of items on franklinarmory.com, the product information just left me confused. The site itself looks fine, but I kept feeling like I had to hunt around for basic details that should’ve been easy to find.

Some of the specs and legal wording felt either missing, buried, or written like the customer already knows exactly what everything means. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer descriptions, especially for products where the details really matter.

I ended up not buying anything because I wasn’t confident about what I’d actually be getting. I’d expect some kind of apology or acknowledgment, because unclear product info can easily cost people time and make them lose trust.

I ordered from franklinarmory.com the processing time was slower than I expected. It just sat there for days with no real update, so I kept checking to see if anything had changed... which got annoying. Once the order finally moved along, the product itself was fine, but the waiting part definitely wasn’t great. Not a terrible experience, just kind of frustrating...

"Trigger just felt kinda rough"
I ordered this from franklinarmory.com i was disappointed. The trigger felt gritty right out of the box, the pull wasn’t smooth at all, and the reset felt a little odd compared to what I was expecting. Maybe mine was just a bad one or something, but for the price I really thought it would feel a lot better. Not too happy with it.

"Took Way Too Long to Hear Back"
I emailed support about a billing issue last Tuesday and ended up waiting almost three days for a reply. it was annoying because I needed it sorted out for my own account and felt like I was just sitting around hoping someone would finally get back to me. The slow replies made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Warranty Help Was a Dead End"
I reached out for warranty support expecting a straightforward fix, but it turned into a whole runaround. Responses were slow, I kept getting passed from one person to another, and in the end I still didn’t get a real solution. After spending that much, it’s really frustrating, and I think some kind of compensation would be fair at this point.
